While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, if you can get in touch with Customer Care (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 12 hours, we can try to cancel it, provided the print shop has not already started the production. If the cancellation request happens after 24 hours or if production has been started already, we cannot entertain any request.

Typically, delivered orders cannot currently be returned. Of course, this does not apply in cases of transport damages for which Merchshop.in or a third-party-logistics provider can be held accountable. Please inspect all goods carefully on delivery and immediately inform our customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you detect any damages or defects within 48 business hours of receiving the order. We will replace the damaged item/s in cases of transport damages for which a third-party-logistics provider or we can be held accountable. In other cases, our friendly customer service will help you with handling warranty issues.
Any claims for damage and/or shortages MUST be reported in 12 business hours without exception. Be sure to check your deliveries upon receipt.
We will pay for return shipping only when products delivered are defective, damaged or the wrong product was received from what was ordered.
Below parameters will be considered at the time of the quality audit for every refund/exchange request.
– Product received must be same that was dispatched from our warehouse referring to your order.
– Once it is confirmed that the received product matches with the dispatched, audit will be done on the basis of intact tag and unused condition.
– If the product received without tags or in used condition, we will be unable to process your request.
Exchange Requests should be raised within 24 hours after delivery. The customer has to bear the forward/reverse shipping & handling charges. Exchange request should be made for different size t-shirt but t-shirt design & t-shirt color will remain the same.
Please Exchange your purchase in its original packaging with all the parts and freebies with your original receipt for a replacement. Please make sure that the product(s) are properly packed when you are returning it. We don’t accept return on garments.
In case original packing is not available, you can use any packing material strong enough to hold the product. Please seal the parcel
The items are in a resalable condition, unworn and with tags still attached.
Goods shall be couriered back to the shipping address in case the above quality parameters are not met in the audit.
If the re-shipped product is refused; it won’t be shipped again and your return request will be closed.
